Technical consultancy

Constantly up-to-date and guided by a certified organisation, the ZORZETTO MARIO Srl technical department coordinates all phases of the project: a total approach to resolve all types of complexity.
Attention to the smallest detail and great flexibility enable the company to advise the customer with great precision, guaranteeing technologically advanced and financially advantageous solutions. Continuous training on technical and regulatory aspects allows cutting-edge proposals to be shared and promoted, contributing to the installation of energy-optimised systems.

On-call service

On request, the company can also provide a contract on-call service.
When active, the service offers coverage, including on Sundays and holidays, guaranteeing specialised technical support to carry out urgent repairs.
An on-call service is also available providing total coverage for all types of installation, whatever the problem and for all users, whether or not they are customers.

Special maintenance

The company can also provide special technical assistance, guaranteeing a prompt and efficient service to avoid the shutdown of air conditioning and heating installations in the summer and winter and interruptions to industrial processes.
ZORZETTO MARIO Srl’s maintenance personnel and vehicles are managed by a system in respect of the most up-to-date regulations.

Scheduled maintenance

ZORZETTO MARIO Srl provides complete and long-term customer service.
It offers its customers a maintenance service agreement to maintain the efficiency of the installed systems, guaranteeing optimum functioning in full respect of current regulations.
We provide programmed maintenance for:
- fire prevention systems, with manual and automatic extinguishers;
- heat generators with outputs of less than or greater than 35 kW, functioning with liquid, solid or gas fuels;
- heating and air conditioning systems, according to global maintenance plans able to guarantee the efficiency of all components.
The company also acts as a Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) for the main brands installed. It therefore keeps the spare parts in stock and has the knowledge required to provide adequate technical assistance.

Remote control

ZORZETTO MARIO Srl can offer its customers the possibility of monitoring the systems installed by means of a remote connection. Thanks to this monitoring, the system can be analysed continuously, ensuring correct operation and preventing malfunctions where possible.
Remote control makes it possible to understand the causes of the malfunction, adopting all the measures necessary to restore operation and avoid further inconvenience for the customer.
